Manoj Basantlal Agrawal is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Poona. He has been associated with the Company since November 1995. Further, he is also associated with Pragati Organics and AB Agribiz and Organics LLP as a partner, and with Basant Nutrifoods Private Limited and Samruddhi Proteins Private Limited as director. He has over thirty (30) years of experience in oil refining and solvent extraction.

Alkesh Basantlal Agrawal is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has been associated with the Company since August 2005. Further, he is also associated with Sita Industries, Pragati Organics and AB Agribiz and Organics LLP as a partner; and with Basant Nutrifoods Private Limited, and Samruddhi Proteins Private Limited as a director. He has over twenty-nine (29) years of experience in shop floor activities.

Kasim Abdul Samad Balesaria is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds a higher secondary degree from N.D. & M.Y. Sarvajanik High School & Sheth H.J. Shah Sarvajanik Junior College, Nandurbar (Maharashtra). He has been associated with our Company since April 2006. He has more than twenty (20) years of experience in soyabean processing industry.

Vilas Vishnu Shinde is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a diploma degree of technology in agricultural engineering from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University. He has been appointed as an Independent Director by our Company in February 2025. Further, he is also associated with Sahyadri Farmers Producer Company Limited, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Federation of CCS NIAM; Indo Fruits Development Council; Sahyadri Farms Supply Chain Limited; Sahyadri Farms Agro Tourism Limited; Sustainable AGG Solutions Limited; Sahyadri Farms Post Harvest Care Limited; Sahyadri Farms Mega Food Park Private Limited; Nextgen Nurseries Private Limited; Sahyadri Agro Retails Limited; Sahyadri Farms Sustainable Grassroots Initiatives Limited; Sensartics Private Limited; Sahyadri Rural Development Foundation; and Empire Spices and Foods Limited. He has over sixteen (16) years of experience in agricultural engineering and soil conservation.

Nitin Rambilas Kabra is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. He has been appointed as an Independent Director by our Company in February 2025. He was previously associated with Bhagyalaxmi Rolling Mill Private Limited; and Dhatu Polaad Private Limited. He has over sixteen (16) years of experience in steel manufacturing.

Deepika Shrenik Chhajed is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been appointed as an Independent Director by our Company in February 2025. She is associated with M.K. Chhajed & Co., Chartered Accountants, as a partner. Further, she has over seven (7) years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance and financial advisory services.
