What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you email or call us, or use an enquiry form on this website, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, town or pin code and your message. We use them only to reply to you, arrange supply through a dealer or distributor, or handle your investor query.

When you browse. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are not used to identify you.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not sell personal data.

What this website stores on your device

We do not set cookies. The site uses your browser's own storage for two conveniences, and the data never leaves your device:

• Your confirmation that you are resident in India before opening offer documents, kept only until you close the browser tab.
• Your progress in a recipe — the number of servings and the ingredients and steps you ticked — so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

Sharing

We share your details only with people who need them to help you: our own team, and, when you ask where to buy Murli, the dealer or distributor who serves your area. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Links to Google Maps, Facebook and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and for any period required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw consent you have given.
